Vivarte- Beethoven: Octet- Sextet, Mozzafiato-Charles Neidich Review
Here is all of Beethoven's significant music for wind ensembles--as significant as it gets, anyway, which isn't very. This disc competes directly with one by another period instrument ensemble, Classical Winds (Amon Ra). Mozzafiato's disc is significantly better from a technical viewpoint, but the Classical Winds simply sound as if they are having more fun with the music.
